Roast potatoes are a vital addition to any roast dinner, so it’s important to get them right.
With so many different methods out there, like one person who swears by the ‘ seven minute shuffle ‘ and others who have been seen to cook potatoes with Marmite, it can be hard to know which recipe to trust.
But one woman, who claims she’s created the “perfect” roast potatoes has revealed her secret ingredient – and you might be surprised.
Laura Ford from Melbourne coats her roasties in honey, an unlikely move that had her 34,000 followers on Instagram drooling.
On the post, she wrote: “The most addictive potatoes you’ll ever eat are these honey butter roast potatoes.
“The perfect balance of sweet and salty with the crispiest edges! Sorry in advance, because honestly, you won’t be able to stop eating these guys.”
